Next to it there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle. Furthermore, at this level there is a bathroom and a storage room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one spacious double one and two single bedrooms. Furthermore, a fully equipped bathroom and a small hallway with a working space and a seating area.
