The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), large lounge, fully fitted kitchen and private pool, with outside toilet and shower
The villa is built on two floors, each one with its own outside entrance at ground level. The villa front is laid with white cobbled stones, and ample room for several cars. Access to the villa is via a private tree-lined road.
Set in a very large area, the pool is 8 x 4 meters (14 x 28 feet) with a shallow end of 1 meter (3 feet) deep, where you can enter via steps, gradually sloping down to the 7’ deep end, which is about 2.2 meters.
Pool towels provided.
Outdoor shower and toilet.
A covered outdoor eating area with large table, a built in traditional style BBQ. with plenty of outdoor chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. Pool towels are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboards and work surfaces. It. features a large farmhouse table & benches, seating up to 12 people. Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, gas oven & hob, fridge freezer; cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery
A bright spacious double aspect lounge with a wood burning stove, television with Sky TV free channels; DVD player, CD player and large sliding patio doors leading to out the pool area
First Bedroom:
Double bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink & bidet
Second Bedroom:
Double bed, double fitted wardrobe with drawers, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Third Bedroom:
Twin beds, large fitted wardrobe with drawers. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower,
Lower Floor:
Fourth Bedroom
Twin beds & large fitted wardrobe with drawers. Shared bathroom with fifth bedroom, bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
Fifth Bedroom:
Large and spacious room with double bed & double fitted wardrobe with drawers.
Cots & Extra Beds:
Four travel cots are available at no extra charge. There are 2 chairs that covert to single beds. which are suitable for children to sleep on if needed.
Housekeeping Service:
The housekeeper comes for approximately 1 hour each day Monday to Saturday. Her duties include general cleaning, bed making and linen changes once weekly.
Budens village is just 5-6 minutes walking distance, with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.
