Alta vista with a 24/7 dedicated concierge is a 2 storey house with each floor containing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms with AC and WIFI and a 30' pool. ( total 4 bedrooms). It has a spectacular 270 degree view of the south shore of Providenciales form Long Bay to the South Dock and Juba Sound- Sunrise to Sunset the views are always breathtaking.
Situated on one acre of land it is a private retreat but it is a short distance, across the road, from Long Bay Beach where you can walk for miles on a pristine beach.
The new kitchens and bathrooms feature granite tops and stainless steel appliances with high end cabinetry. The sofas on both floors pull out to accommodate 2 extra people on each floor.
On each floor, one bedroom is a queen and the other is a king that can be divided into 2 twin XL.
Besides AC there are ceiling fans and TV and DVD in each bedroom and living room.

Summary: I would like to thank Jojo for all his help in meeting us at the airport, guiding us to the rental, gathering coconuts for our grandchildren and needed repairs in the house. My biggest complaint is that the view online is no longer; now there are condos in front so it is difficult to see the ocean. This needs to be updated as it was the first thing I noticed when I arrived. The house worked well for our family group and I enjoyed that the pool was "part of the house" so it was accessible for all. And being up high allowed constant cooling breezes. We did get over the lack of view and a good time was had by all.
