Akron Villas Chania offers 3 very similar detached villas of 180sqm each (on 3 levels), built in 2006 in a fenced plot of 4000sqm, with a beautiful garden, and only 200 meters from the sea.
Each villa offers beautiful sea view, and a private pool of 30sqm with a sun deck, 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom +1 en-suite shower +1 toilette, open plan fully equipped kitchen-dining area, beautiful balconies and a gym.

The villas offer A/C in all areas, free wifi, a flat 55 inch TV screen, large parking space, and BBQ facilities. Equipped with fire extinguisher and first aid kit, washing machine, internet, wi-fi, tv, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all utensils for family cooking.
Linen sheets, blankets, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided and if needed additional beds and cot.
