It is built on a plot of 500 meters and outdoor spaces are designed to offer privacy and functionality. Built in 2000 and since then renovated frequently, It consists of two separate floors 60 and 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people (+2 upon request). The two floors are connected by external staircase and overlook the pool and garden. The upper floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, living room, bathroom and balcony. The lower floor has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - living room, bathroom and balcony. The property is surrounded with wall and metal fence. Access to the pool is through a closing door so that your kids are safe. It is fully furnished and with all appliances. In the summer months you can taste from our garden fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers peppers etc. There is a BBQ built in the garden with a table, chairs etc.

The owners, the Manager, the cleaning service, and the janitor are available 24h upon request respecting your privacy, non lives in Alimedon plot. There is also concierge service upon request.
