Positive: Location, good wifi, comfortable bed. Staff happy to arrange secure bike storage. Good use of technology for access to the complex and the apartment.

Negative: The apartment is much smaller than photos suggest with very steep steps to the bedroom. Is not suitable for anyone with mobility restrictions.
