On the ground floor, the villa features a bright and comfortable living area, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
The kitchen includes all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and espresso coffee machine.
The ground floor also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a washing machine, dryer and a practical storage area for added convenience.
