Summary: This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). We had our own private patio and a back door that led right to the pool. The town and the people who live there are all so great! Everything is within walking distance and is totally safe. If you're looking for a hotel that gives you that real Greek life feeling, this is your place! Arcus Suites is a hidden gem for sure... We WILL be back!
