Σχεδιασμένο με φαντασία και με γνώμονα τις οικογένειες,
επιτρέπονται όλα εκτός από τις παρακάτω απαιτήσεις.
Είναι όμορφο και οι παροχές του τόσο εκπληκτικές.
Δυστυχώς, το ακίνητο δεν είναι κατάλληλο για κατοικίδια ή άτομα που χρησιμοποιούν αναπηρικό αμαξίδιο, επειδή η είσοδος του αανσερ δεν είναι αρκετά μεγάλη για αυτά. Επίσης για να φτάσετε στην είσοδο της βίλας υπάρχουν 3 σκαλοπάτια.

Η βίλα μας βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία της Αθηναϊκής Ριβιέρα - Παλαιό Φάληρο ίσως η μοναδική βίλα στην γειτονιά μας που διατίθεται τουριστικά, επομένως και η κοντινότερη προς το κέντρο που συνδιάζει ΘΑΛΑΣΣΑ! Αυτός είναι ο λόγος που δεν μπορείτε να μας συγκρίνετε με τα διαμερίσματα, μπορείτε να το κάνετε με άλλες Βίλες και ας είναι απομακρυσμένες! Η μοναδική αρχιτεκτονική, wi-fi over 100 speed ( optic Fibre) σε τρία επίπεδα με ανελκυστήρα. Μόλις 500 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα με ελεύθερη είσοδο και παροχές. Η βίλα ανοίγει σε 3 επιπλωμένα μπαλκόνια με θέα στον κήπο και την Ακρόπολη αν βρεθείτε στο μπαλκόνι του 3ου ορόφου.
Είναι ανάμεσα στα καλύτερα εστιατόρια και σουβλατζίδικα, έχουμε υψηλό δίκτυο E-FOOD και σε 70 μ είναι το Σούπερ Μάρκετ.
Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, όπως: το Πολιτιστικό Κ.Σ.Ν., την Μαρίνα του Φλοίσβου, τις παιδικές χαρές, την Ακρόπολη (10΄) και το κέντρο (Σύνταγμα σε12΄).
Προσφέρουμε ότι είναι δυνατόν να κάνει αξέχαστες τις διακοπές σας, από amenities, παντόφλες κ.τ..λ .
Η λαϊκή αγορά φρούτων και λαχανικών είναι στο δρόμο μας κάθε Παρασκευή
Τα μέσα μεταφοράς Τραμ και Λεωφορείο είναι κοντά, .ενώ το ταξί παραμένει πολύ φθηνό.
Εγώ ( ιδιοκτήτρια) διαμένω δίπλα στην Βίλα, προκειμένου να έχετε όποια βοήθεια χρειαστείτε.

Η γειτονιά μας είναι σχετικά υψηλού επιπέδου, έχει 3 ελεύθερες εισόδου παραλίες 4000μέτρα μήκους ( δεν είναι αυτονόητο!), Μπορείτε να περπατήσετε για να φτάσετε σε όλα τα ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της πόλης μας, όπως, το κεντρο πολιτισμού (SNFCC), Πάρκο Φαλήρου, Μαρίνα Φλοίσβου, και τις 3 υπέροχες χωρίς χρέωση παραλίες. Για το Κέντρο ( πλατεία Σύνταγμα), Ακρόπολη, Λιμάνι Πειραιά ( όπου μπορείτε εύκολα να πάτε στα κοντινά νησιά), είμαστε 10΄-15΄με το ταξί ( κόστος για 4 άτομα από 10-15 ευρώ) ή με το τραμ και λεωφορείο ( 1,40 ευρώ).Επίσης αν νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο η βίλα σας παραχωρεί χωρίς χρέωση την εξωτερική θέση στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο ή μίνι λεωφορείο σας.
