Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Awi is great and friendly. He has his own boat and helped us get on and off the island to check in/out. He also helped us arrange the transportation for the activities and sightseeing. The property looks exactly like on the photos. The view from the apartment is picturesque. Breakfast by the Nile was pretty good . His house is located conveniently to the public ferry, small corner store and quite few restaurants.

Negative: At night some locals burn things that create quite a bit of thick smoke which can be smelled in the whole neighborhood. After we asked Awi about it, he spoke with whoever was burning things to do it further away, but it's still quite noticeable, especially for people with respiratory issues. Other than that, everything was great.
