Wooden stair leads to the first floor where there are two lofts with bedroom, kitchen, W.C, office, and the master bedroom with fireplace, Jacuzzi, WC and cloakroom approximately 63m². South Crete villa is equipped with a complete solar system, central heating and a central air conditioning system in the ground floor. Also externally of the villa there is a wonderful rich flora garden with tropical plants, papaya trees, pineapple trees, and a 66m² pool with sea water . It has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate family and friends (up to 8 people) with maintaining a large degree of privacy for all parties.It is ideal as a holiday villa.
