A wonderfully spacious detached villa, set in a huge garden with private pool and gated entrance, Villa Bibi has living areas and 3 of its bedrooms on the ground floor, with the master bedroom suite on the first floor.
From the garden and parking area a gate opens to a delightful shelteredcourtyardwith large patio armchairs, partly shaded by a sun sail, inviting you to slow down and enjoy the moment. From here the front door opens into acopious entrance hallwith a guest bathroom and access to the reception rooms and the three ground floor bedrooms.
The bright, relaxing lounge has comfy seating a corner fireplace, a large flat screen TV, DVD, music system with USB port, free Wi Fi, and patio doors from here open to a semi-shaded terrace near the pool.
The unusual circular dining room has an antique brass candelabra over the a marble-topped round table with 8 chairs, and views of the garden. An archway from the dining room leads to the lounge and hallway, with a door to the kitchen alongside. The largekitchenhas ample cooking aids and appliances to cater for a large family, including electric oven & hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, big fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of appliances, crockery, pots & pans. The kitchen courtyard has a laundry with washing machine and a BBQ kitchen, which is convenient to the patio/dining area near the pool where a large glass-topped round table is ideal for memorable al fresco dining.
Three bedrooms are located in a ground floor wing off the entrance hall. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and doors to a sun terrace. Thefamily bathroom is located between Bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and an upgradeden-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and doors to a sun terrace.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroomhas a king-size bed, an upgradeden-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and also a walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom opens to a roof terrace with a sea view.
