Set in beautiful olive groves this villa, built on two floors with a large garden/terrace area and a beautiful infinity swimming pool, has stunning sea views over the Ionian islands to the mainland beyond. Villa Panorama is perfectly situated in a very green and exclusive private area on a hillside offering tranquility, peace and comfort. The views from the terrace around the pool and the balcony leading off the to upper bedrooms are spectacular and offer a great place to relax over a glass of wine. In the evening visit one of the excellent fish restaurants at the small seaside village of Ligia just 5 min drive from the villa or if you prefer not to drive, perhaps walk the 800m up to the from the romantic and unspoilt village of Katouna to visit the local taverna on the square. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished with all modern facilities, like satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, full size cooker and fridge plus the all essential air-con.
Villa Panorama is close to Katouna where there is a very traditional taverna and cafe on the square open every evening. 2km drive to the coast is Ligia where there are plenty of tavernas plus mini markets, some of the best bakeries on the island, cafes and bars. The villa is built amongst beautiful Olive trees, Plumbago, Oleander, Bottle Brush and typical Greek fir trees. The gardens surrounding the house are full of flowers blossoming at different times so the surroundings are always colourful. There is a gated stone-paved area all the way around the house with a dining area overlooking the sea. We provide sun beds both on the patio around the private pool and on the upstairs balcony. The house is situated at the end of a private road with a private lit drive and a parking area for the house.
