Casa Berlin is a beautiful, well appointed and well maintained 4 bedroom villa located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, with sea and headland views and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Built in 2002, it has a private pool, a large private garden and ocean views. The villa also benefits from many terraces and balconies and has a basement complete with Pool table, Table tennis table, Foosball table and dart board. It is situated only 120m back from the sea. To accommodate larger parties, we also have another property, ref. P4068 which is located only 800m away, close to the beach of Praia da Luz (250m) and the village shops and restaurants.
