The villa is idyllically situated in the alleys of the traditional village, past a little church and under bougainvillea arches. Outdoors
Mansion Kyani boasts an elevated location in the village of Megalochori, so the views over the vineyards and down to the sea are spectacular. Upon entering the large courtyard with the house rising around it, you will find outdoor lounge areas, hammocks & sun loungers, large pottery erns with local plants and the raised stone-built infinity style pool. The view of the church bell tower makes your summer postcard complete. There is also an upper level terrace with an alfresco dining table and chairs, as well as sought after views over the vineyards down to the Aegean Sea.

During the 17th century, Megalochori was home to rich vineyard owners and their large houses and wine canavas. According to legend it was also the home of pirates who used the village as their hideaway. The village is still quiet and picturesque, while all the building renovations have retained their original design; true unspoiled Santorini!
