Casa Dourada is in Salema, one of the most sought-after beachfront areas of the Western Algarve. Salema is a picturesque coastal village with many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. Salema is still an active, traditional fishing village, surrounded by beautiful cliffs with many trails for walking through the tranquil countryside and along the coastline, and the Santo António Golf Resort is just a few minutes’ drive away.
As you step into this south-facing apartment, the ocean view from the glass doors of the living space will allure you onto the terrace to be mesmerised by the waves. This lovely sunny apartment has a large living space, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and overhead shower, the other with shower) and an inviting terrace that extends the length of the apartment, accessed via sliding glass doors from the living area and each bedroom.
The living space has a large lounging modular leather sofa to watch the ocean or Tv, whatever is your desire, and an extendable dining table and chairs for 4-6 people. The fully-equipped modern kitchen, has an induction hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is also a useful fixed breakfast bar/working space at the far end of the kitchen.
Bed 1 has an Emperor bed (200 x 200 cm), fitted wardrobe with drawers, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower attachment, basin, WC and bidet. Bed 2 has twin beds with trundles that can be either made up as Super King Bed (200 x 180 cm) or 2 twins (200 x 90 cm) for 2 Adults or up to 4 children with the trundles, and a fitted wardrobe with drawers. The second bathroom, accessed from the living area, has a shower, basin and WC. The apartment building has a lift and there is private outdoor parking behind the apartment building – a real bonus in peak season!
