Upstairs, two spacious and comfortable bedrooms await, both adorned with king-size beds. One of the rooms has a desk to offer children's play area or a practical workstation for adults. Ample fitted wardrobes and balconies accessible from each patio window add to the airy and inviting ambiance. A shared bathroom completes the upper level.

The villa is securely gated, offering parking right in front of the house for your convenience. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. There are steps within the house, but no steps to the ground floor levels. Private, gated parking.
