Casa Paulo is a very spacious villa located in a quiet residential area, a few minutes walk from Santa Eulalia beach. Close to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are just minutes away by foot. It is equipped with a heated swimming pool and next to it is a covered space with a snooker table and ping pong table.
The Space:
Lovely spacious villa. On the ground floor, a large living room with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has access to the outdoor dining area with barbecue, as well as the pool area, all surrounded by the garden and trees that provide bits of shade on the large lawned area.
The first floor has a double en-suite, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another room where you can relax and enjoy a good book.
Games room with pool table, and table tennis table for plenty entertainment!
The villa is is located in a central area, with easy access to theme parks, Algarve Shopping, the beautiful locality of Guia, and the Salgados golf courses. The famous Santa Eulália beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. You do not need a car.

The pool heating requires a supplement of £70 per day (min 7 days) and a 72 hour warning so that it can be heated in time for your arrival.
