Positive: The facility is in a very good location, walkable distance to Avenue Paulista and lot of eateries around.

Negative: The one-bedroom apartment didn't have a good stove for cooking and the water was not hot enough. The air-con in the room didn't cool enough untill the table fan was also used. Not all toiletries were provided except liquid soap. The hosts were not responsive in the beginning and had to ask a friend to communicate, and they only communicated in Portuguese. Entry into the apartment on arrival at 9pm was a bit difficult as the language was a problem but the taxi driver really helped.

Summary: Overall a good stay considering the price and good location.
