The space
The house is energy self-sufficient, fully air-conditioned, and functionally designed, so that e its 95 square meters, it has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a WC, as well as an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The outdoor space is dominated by a 60 square meter veranda, 40 square meters of which are covered to enjoy moments of coolness throughout the day.
All areas are air-conditioned and mosquito screens are fitted in every window. to maintain the ideal temperature throughout the day. Free WiFi is also available in both indoor and outdoor areas. All the linens are from Coco-mat, renowned for the quality and comfort of its fabrics, ensuring you a refreshing night's sleep after a day full of exploration and activities.
In the open-plan area, the French window doors dominate, spanning the entire length of the façade, allowing natural light into the villa, high-level sound insulation thanks to the exceptional quality of materials, while visually integrating the indoor space with the veranda and providing view up to the sea.
The villa has private covered parking, accessed via a private driveway protected by a garage door opening with a remote control which you will find inside the residence.
In the outdoor area, you'll find the private 25 square meter swimming pool for absolute moments of refreshment, which is maintained twice a week by a specialized team. Sun loungers are also available for those who wish to sunbathe. Under the pergola, a large dining table comfortably accommodates eight people. The house is surrounded by a garden with plants from the local Cretan flora and a special herb garden with aromatic plants such as Rosemary, Lavender, Sage, and Mint.
