On the living room you’ll find a very comfortable sofa facing a large round LED SMART TV. The sound enthusiasts won’t be disappointed with the Dolby surround sound system.
The ground floor has also a small restaurant inside. A fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment will be the delight of every chef. Professional expresso coffee machine and the wine fridge cabinet available.
Dining room:
The dining area features seats for 20+ people around the kitchen bench and around the dining tables, both overlooking the stunning garden outside. Big cabinets set on one wall provide storage for more than 30 people.

The villa comprises 10 genuine suites: 6 located on the 1st floor and the other 4 located on the ground floor. One of the suites is used as an office. The bedrooms were decorated with contemporary lines that will promote a good night rest. The bathrooms were fitted with Nordic wood with epoxy finishes, done by local craftsmen.
All the suites have a LED SMART TV connected to the Internet via optical fiber cable, so you can stream lightning fast digital contentes from Netflix or from another source.
