Elegant Sea View Estate is a spacious stylish privet cottage with amazing sea view situated just a few minutes walking distance from the beach in a peaceful and quiet area away from mass tourism .
From our beautiful large garden you can enjoy the sea view and the warmth of the sun and feel free to use our fully equipped BBQ facilities .
On the ground floor we have an elegant decorated living room ,with fire place , linked to a kitchen with dinning area . Large veranda with amazing sea view and beautiful gardens with BBQ facilities and outdoor dinning and sitting area .
On the first floor we have a bedroom with DBL bed and another one with single beds . A bathroom with bathtub is also situated on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor .
The entire cottage and outdoor space is for our guests privet use only .
Free parking space is also available to our guests .
In a peaceful and quiet are away from mass tourism but still close to the beach and near by beach Tavernas .

Summary: Lovely house with stunning views and great lizard and gecko spotting which our kids spend all day everyday doing. They let us check in early and house was very clean. We didn't have a car which is tricky as shops are a couple of Kms from house. Use of sun hotels lift and then over to the beach outside the aurora hotel and use of amazing Anchor beach bar really saved us. It was a shame guests aren't allowed to use the rotisserie, it works and is a fantastic machine but they don't provide the skewers. There are a number of out buildings which I guess don't belong to the owners which had some broken glass and a large fishing dagger outside them which naturally our kids were drawn to! Toilet upstairs was broken and took 3 days to get fixed. Overall it is an absolutely stunning place.
