The Space
Our land is an olive grove located at 1.3 Km from the Old Village of Alonissos, accessible from a standard 1km non asphalted road that goes down hill. There, stand 3 stone built chalets and a sequence of wide stone terraces with breathtaking views to the Aegean blue. The hills that emerge from the sea compose a surreal painting landscape. At a walking distance of 650 meters, you find yourself at the quiet beach of Vrysitsa.
INSIDE CHALET III (29m2 - hosts 2 people or 3 with the sofa bed)
• Located further down the land, this cozy chalet consists of 1 studio with kitchen, toilet, a double bed and a hand-crafted stone sofa that can be used as a bed if necessary.
• Kitchen is equipped for light meals only (2 cook-tops, no oven)
• The bed is built of stone with a very comfortable mattress;
• The wooden roof and the floor made of local stones set a cozy indoor ambient
• It is about 15 meters down from Villa II
OUTDOOR SCENARIO
Enjoy an outdoor shower viewing the limitless blue of the Aegean and pause the time listening to the waves, whilst taking your breakfast, or enjoying your afternoon retsina in one of the three private verandas. In the night, let the star show take over...

You need a car or a scooter to be independent and free to follow your own schedule and reach the more remote places, where true natural beauty awaits to be discovered.

The Neighborhood
There are no other neighbors, except for the ones staying in the three chalets on the land. Few minutes walk (650 meters) and you're at the beach of Vrysitsa. Old Village of Alonissos is also very close (1.3 km).
Goats might be visiting the land too :)
Getting Around
WALKING and PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Alonissos has great walking pathways that can take you to magnificent places. In the summer there is a bus that circulates through the island and connects you to the main villages The closest point to pick the bus is at 1km in the entrance of the Old Village.
Other Things to Note
In August though, because of the high demand, it might be hard to get a rental vehicle, so planning ahead to avoid hustle is strongly recommended.
