Unique villa with private pool and tennis court just 8 minutes from the historic city of Lagos and 45 minutes from Faro airport. Located on the Sargaçal Ridge with grandiose views in a protected valley with a glimpse of the sea.
Our villa has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places and in the Lounge / TV room possibly 2 extra sleeping places on a large sofa bed. With a spacious living room and luxury kitchen with all conveniences. Ideal for one or two families.
It has a nice shaded terrace where you can dine outside next to the swimming pool, an Algarve-style lounge area with outdoor kitchen and a roof terrace with lounge area that gives views of the valley, the city of Lagos and a stretch of the sea.
We have several terraces and quiet places to read or relax. In combination with swimming and tennis a mecca for young and old.
The villa is modern and tastefully decorated and has a modern large living room with dining area and two sitting areas in the living room, each with its own fireplace. All rooms have modern air conditioners that can both cool and heat. In the separate TV room with large lounge sofa bed is a Digital 53 "TV and B&O installation with beautiful sound. Extremely suitable for watching films or playing games. We also have a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite work tops. Traditional games, books and a wonderful roof terrace complete the whole.
