Summary: I liked this property very much. It provided all the amenities we needed, was clean and modern. It was small but very comfortable. The following are the reasons why I didn't give a five stars in every area. They failed to provide my apartment number along with the key codes. In fact the apartments were not numbered. My check-in took a long time and was only successful when I sent a picture of the door I was staning by to the person communicating with me in WhatsApp at about 11:00 PM. Also, there was a foul sewer smell in the bathroom and the water drained very slowly from the shower. Most of our time was spent exploring Porto so we didn't consider the latter two major issues.
