The modern architecture of the villa is in perfect harmony with the natural landscape, built amphitheatrically, setting a fine example of exclusive style combined with the natural elements of Crete! Every detail is designed with care, intended to create a peaceful cove offering full privacy. The interior spaces are fully equipped and beautifully decorated in earthly tones in order to give an extra touch of relaxation, elegance and luxury. The 250 m2 residence is divided into 3 floors and it features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests and up to 11 if necessary!
Ground Floor

Entering the ground level guests can find the living room on their right and kitchen and dining area on their left. The seating area is complemented by 3 comfortable cozy sofas assorted with coffee tables, fireplace, 55 Smart TV, Playstation 5 and bluetooth speaker.


The kitchen offers all the essential appliances in order to prepare your meals, as well as a breakfast table for 4. The adjacent indoor dining area for 8 also enjoys the stunning sea views. From the kitchen guests can also access a second dining area at the veranda with monastery dining table for 10, to choose according to their preferences.The living room and dining area both enjoy incredible views and a pleasant sea breeze. A WC is also available on this level.
Separate Studio on the Ground Floor

On the same level, there is a separate studio with its own private entrance that includes 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00 ) than can be set up as Queen bed upon request and sofa which transforms into a convenient bed for a third guest. The autonomous apartment also enjoys the beautiful sea views and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4 and an en-suite bathroom.
First Floor

Reaching the first floor guests can find three of the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom offers a 1,60 x 2,00 bed, plenty of wardrobe space, vanity, A/C, 32 TV, safety box, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column. The second bedroom offers a 1,80 x 2,00 bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The third bedroom features 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00 ) than can be set up as Queen bed upon request, A/C, 32 TV and vanity. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious veranda equipped with chaise longues, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a refreshing drink in your hand. An additional bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage column can also be found on the first floor.
Attic
Following the stairs upwards, you will find yourselves in the cute attic, boasting 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00 ) than can be set up as Queen bed upon request, A/C, TV, closet and vanity. The attic opens up to a small Juliet balcony and also to a private veranda at rear side of the room, equipped with a seating area with table and 4 chairs.
Exterior
The ample outdoor spaces of Villa Omikron covers 500 m2 and offers absolute privacy and breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, as well as many facilities including:
- A private, infinity, 55 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,7 m deep, also offering a special compartment for kids, 0,45 m deep. The pool can also be heated upon request, with an additional daily charge. Switch off and unwind all day long by the pool and enjoy the majestic panoramas and amazing sunsets.
- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a mini fridge and a poolside shower, so you can sunbathe in comfort.
- Prepare your meals at the wide covered terrace with the barbecue facilities including a charcoal grill, wood oven and outdoor sink and enjoy them with your loved ones at the shaded outdoor dining area for 10 next to it.
