Excellent 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon with plenty of sunlight. Decorated with charming 2-century-old furniture from my great-grandparents. Two bathrooms (bathtub & shower). Equipped kitchen. Cable TV and free WI-FI. Fireplace and small balcony. Ideal for families and large groups. Appropriate for babies, children, and seniors. Bedding, tablecloths and towels included. Toys, crib, children's books and high chair. Location: Only 7 minutes away from central Campo Grande, 2 km from the airport (6 min by car, 20 min by metro / bus), near the beautiful park "Jardim Quinta das Conchas e Lilases". Metro, taxi and bus stops very close. Bed size: Please mind the size of some of the beds from the 1800s: Bedroom # 1: double bed 120x190 cm; single bed 90x190 cm; Bedroom # 2: double bed 130x190 cm; Bedroom # 3 is contemporary: single bed 90x200 cm; children’s bed 70x160 cm with a guard rail. Closet / storage room: Every bedroom and the entrance hall have a closet. Feel free to ask me anything. I'm available most of the time. Services nearby: Bakery with yummy fresh bread from 7 am and convenience shop in the actual building! Two supermarkets (Mini-Preco and Pingo Doce); ATMs, restaurants, hospital, pharmacy, gyms, coffee shops, etc. Moving around: METRO - the apartment is just a 7-min. walk from the Campo Grande station (Green and Yellow lines) and 4 min. away from Quinta das Conchas (Yellow line); BUS - there’s a bus stop right across the street (“Hospital Pulido Valente” stop), with buses that take you downtown. Check-in and check-out: - Check-in: 3-8pm; (however, early check-in may be available upon request) - Late check-in after 8pm has an extra fee of € 20, after 10pm has an extra fee of € 25, and after midnight is € 30. - Check out: 11am.
