Our apartment is a spacious and bright 2 Bedroom apartment (just after renovation with new furniture, kitchen & kitchen ware and bathroom). The apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 adults at and 2 kid. There is a modern lift in the building. We have the most convenient location: 3 mins walk to Boulevard, 5 mins to Old city, 2 shopping malls, and right ON Nizami st.'s and Fountain square's bars and restaurants (dining and fast food), coffee shops (Starbucks, Gloria Jeans coffee, Hard Rock Cafe) and major business centres. The building itself is an architectural one dating back to the beginning of 20th century and has a lot to offer to those who value authentic feel and local culture. Sahil metro station is across the park.

There are two double king size new beds as well as an arm-chair bed, a sofa, arm chairs, table with chairs.
