Located in a great area of Lagos, this luxury detached villa is set in the private gated condominium of Colina da Atalaia, a selection of 12 beautiful villas sharing a large pool, situated close to Boavista Golf Resort and Porto do Mos beach. In a quiet spot, yet only a 5 minute drive from Lagos Centre, the most picturesque town in the Western Algarve with its stunning beaches, charming old town, huge selection of restaurants & bars, & modern marina.
On the ground floor is the open plan living & dining space with large sofa, dining table & chairs for 6 people. The fitted kitchen, with built in electric oven, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher, comes fully equipped with everything you may need including toaster, kettle, microwave, utensils, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery. There is also an en-suite bedroom downstairs with a double and single bed.
Patio doors lead out from the living room, kitchen and bedroom to a large terrace, partially shaded for dining and with a charcoal BBQ and a private lawned garden with a few steps leading down to the communal pool.
Upstairs are 2 more spacious bedrooms, both en-suite, the master with king-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom with double and single bed.
