This lovely property, located a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Gaios, is set in its own extensive private walled grounds, beautifully maintained by their owner. As you approach the villa it is impossible not to be captivated by the array of Mediterranean shrubs and vibrant bougainvillea which has matured making a shady canopy over the one of many sitting areas.
The ground floor has an open plan living space with a comfortable sitting area and a fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher. In addition there is a large twin bedroom with private balcony and a well-appointed shower room. The living area leads to a veranda with views over the Ionian Sea to the Greek mainland and a small flight of steps to the pool area. Upstairs there is the second shower room, double bedroom leading to another private balcony with breath-taking views up the East Coast of the island and to the Epirus Mountains in the distance. The property also provides an utility storage area with a washing machine, ideal for those with children.
One of the features of this property is the size of the outside space. All constructed of local Paxiot stone, it wraps around the property offering shaded dining facilities and separate seating area, ideal for morning coffee. The private pool has comfortable sun loungers and in addition there is a barbecue for lazy dinners relaxing after a day at the pool.
