The Villa opens into a large entrance that leads through to the living area, the living room has 2 very large sofas and seating for 10 people, there is a 55” curve TV with an IPTV system that offers UK, French, Italian and Scandinavian channels, there is also Wi-Fi available, the lounge is open plan to the dining area with a large square table and 8 chairs and there’s a breakfast bar through to the kitchen. There are 2 large sliding windows from the lounge and dining area that let in an abundance of light and open out to the pool terrace where there are sun loungers and an outside dining area around the pool.

The kitchen is well equipped with an American fridge freezer with ice machine and cold water dispenser, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and oven and induction hob, all crockery, glasses and utensils are provided. The breakfast bar opens onto the dining area.

On the same level as the living area there are 3 bedrooms, the master suite is off to the left of the lounge and offers a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks a large bath and a walk in shower cubicle, the bedroom has a super king size bed and there are patio doors out to the pool terrace. The other 2 bedrooms on this level are to the right off the living area along a short corridor, there is a cloakroom on this corridor with a toilet and sink only, the first bedroom is a twin room with an en-suite shower room , this room has a large patio window with a glimpse of the sea in the distance, the second room along this corridor has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, there are 2 patio windows offering duel aspect views and there is also a glimpse of the sea from this room. All 3 bedrooms on this level are air-conditioned.

From the entrance hall there are stairs down to the gym, the gym has 2 pieces of large equipment and some weights, off from the gym there is a twin bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom and its air-conditioned, in the gym there is a large sofa that can be made as a king size bed with a thick mattress topper for extra comfort, this room is only really suitable for adults or older children because of the gym equipment but a great space for a family to use, there is a fan available in this room but its not air-conditioned. There are 3 patio doors that lead out to a garden area with a patio and seating off from the gym.
There is a also a laundry in the lower level of the villa, with a washing machine , iron and ironing board.

The villa has a great outdoor area the pool patio is south facing and great for getting the sun and enjoying the pool and an there is an electric retractable cover for the pool to make it safe for little ones and to retain some of the days heat when used in the evenings. There is a great built in BBQ area just to the side of the pool terrace and outside table and chairs for some alfresco dining. At the front of the villa there is an outside spiral staircase that leads up to the roof terrace this boasts 360 degree views over towards the Atlantic ocean and the Porto do Mos beach there are a couple of sun loungers on the roof terrace for some private sunbathing.

Villa Atlantico is in an excellent location only a few minutes’ walk down to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 beach bar / restaurants that are open day and night. It’s a very quiet area for enjoying lazy days around the pool.

Porto do Mos is a great area if you like to be close to the beach, the Porto do Mos beach offers 2 great restaurants, that serve drinks and snacks or a full meal day and night. You can hire sun loungers on the beach in the summer months and pedalo's from the beach front. To get to the town a car is really recommended, you can get around on the local Onda bus service that runs from down by the beach these buses run regularly and very cheap, taxis are also a reasonable price to the town. There is a mini Mercado in the area about a 10 minute walk away but the larger supermarkets would require a car or taxi.
