Surrounded by lush gardens and finished to the highest standard, this is the perfect property for a couple or a family looking for relaxation yet within walking distance to the attractions of the famous Sidari (including the beautiful sandy beaches, the many shops, restaurants, bars, and the famous Canal d'Amour) which is just 1.5km away via a flat road. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and air-conditioning, Villa Marolia can comfortably sleep up to 4/5 guests providing unbeatable value for money and is truly set to impress. The interiors of the villa are currently being further upgraded and will be even more comfortable for 2022, including new bedding, modernized bathrooms and sitting areas.
Inside, Villa Marolia has been finished to the highest standard to provide a sense of space and all the comforts of a true home away from home. The airy lounge has a comfortable sofa, smart TV (wi-fi internet is also available), and patio doors opening to the outside. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials for a full self-catering holiday: 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with beautiful beamed ceilings and spacious balconies overlooking the gardens and the pool. There is a large en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed as well as an extra pullout bed suitable to accommodate an extra guest if needed (5th guest). For the comfort of our guests the villa is air-conditioned, and mosquito nets are fitted in all the windows.
Outside, Villa Marolia is equally attractive: surrounded by gardens beautifully lit at night with lawn, shrubs and flowers, it is a true oasis in the glorious Corfiot weather. The private swimming pool measures 6.5m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and attracts sun all day. The pool has an eco-freindly filtration system that doesn't need any chemicals. Sunbeds, parasols and hammocks are provided for the guests to relax (but with so many beautiful beaches nearby the choice will be hard!). For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a dining area with barbecue is provided. Private parking available within the grounds.
