Positive: The views were absolutely amazing and great location on the riverfront. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cookies which was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment was a good size. They responded quickly when messaging them.

Negative: 1. I booked 2 different rooms for 2 couples one on the second and the other on the third floor. In order to check in I had to call several times because it wouldn’t allow me to change the names for each room online as I initially made the reservation under my name for both rooms. I asked them what’s the difference in the rooms? I was told that they were exactly the same. The only difference was the floor. That was incorrect the second floor had two rooms facing the waterfront and was bigger while the one of the third floor only had one. Try to book the 2nd floor riverfront room. 2. They only give you ONE SET OF TOWELS. They said if I wasn’t staying for more than 7 days I could only get one set of towels. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. After long days of walking we had to shower sometimes twice a day. I don’t know how they think 1 towel is sufficient. 3. The room on the 3rd floor that only had 1 balcony door facing the river was broken and wouldn’t fully open. I communicated with them several times to have the door fixed, but they never were able to fix it. Since I only had one door in hindered my experience of being able to have a balcony. Also, know that you are only able to stand on the balcony not enough room to sit. Overall, I still recommend because the view is amazing.
