Outside you can also enjoy the BBQ area and have your dinner or relax at one of the five beautiful sitting and dinning areas spotted around the spacious garden. In the outdoor area you will also find an autonomous laundry house and a fully equipped indoor private BBQ house of 85 sq.m. with a wooden oven and skewer. In the same area you can also find ping-pong table equipment. At your surprise you will also find an autonomous wine cellar with 7.500 unique bottles of wine (You can visit upon request). Guests can dine and organize ideal small parties and events in style with views over the blue sea.
The villa is secured by a professional alarm system and comes with two spacious indoor and outdoor private parking areas. We offer you roundtrip VIP transfers from/to the airport/port with an extra charge so that you can start your journey in Crete in the most luxurious and comfortable way.

This luxury Villa offers two autonomous and fully equipped houses of 230sq.m and 160 sq.m.
Entering the first house you will be surprised by the spacious living room that overlooks the lake pool, the spacious garden and the dazzling views of the Cretan sea. An energy fireplace of indoor and outdoor use is situated in the living room along with a fully equipped bar and a modern designed dining area . You can also find a high quality sound system that can create the ideal atmosphere. Going into the main part, you will find a fully equipped and modern design kitchen.
There is one master bedroom with a king size double bed and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a king size bed. There is also an extra guest's bathroom. This house also comes with a private gym room and a sauna room that will add the extra service and relax you need.
Entering the second house from its private entrance, you will find a spacious open living room area with a dining table that offers an outstanding view to the pool and the sea. Continuing inwards, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that provides everything you need for your special meal. Next to the kitchen there is the main bathroom and a bedroom / dress room with a double sofa bed. This room leads to the two separate bedrooms with double beds. At the patio you will find an imposing fire place where you can gather and relax with your company around.
