We are very proud to introduce Votsalo Boutique Villa, an exclusive and stunning architecturally-designed, contemporary residence, with private swimming pool, located in a wonderfully peaceful countryside setting, on the outskirts of Vlahata traditional village. Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful villa, a newly renovated two-bedroom holiday home, just a short distance from Kefalonia airport.
This luxurious property boasts incredible views out to the truly turquoise Ionian Sea, the mountain Ainos and the verdant green valleys, and is furnished and decorated throughout to the very highest of standards.
The front door opens onto an open-plan lounge and kitchen area, which has all of the modern appliances you would expect to find. From the seating area patio doors open onto a large shaded veranda which overlooks the private swimming pool . Also on the first floor you will find toilet and shower room. Downstairs you will find the master bedroom, with double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower and another twin bedroom . Both have patio doors open onto a large shaded terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, and the private swimming pool.
If you can tear yourself away, Votsalo Boutique villa is just a sort car ride away from Lourdas beach and the highly recommended local tavernas and bars, where you can enjoy a meal or drink with a view over the sea.
