Summary: The receptionist at check-in was not very kind and attentive to our needs and asks. Others later on were friendlier. The bed and cushions were too soft, there was significant noise in the room from the nearby road as well as from neighboring rooms which forced us to close the window. The water steam at the shower was not strong enough. The beach, infinity pool and Spa were great and both breakfast and dinner were very good.
