Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ponti Bay Apartments. Everything was exactly as described, with a smooth and easy check-in and excellent communication throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and we even received an extra mid-stay cleaning, which was a great bonus. Everything was perfect and we felt really well taken care of. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Negative: A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a couple more kitchen towels, but that’s just a minor detail.
