Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were amazing, very nice guys. Breakfast was really good, repetitive, but good. The view of the Pyramids and their coffee was spectacular. Single beds in the second room were comfy. AC worked perfectly to heat up the room (we were visiting in January) Ps: you need to try The Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel. It is amazing!

Negative: This is not a 5 star hotel (maybe for Egyptians, but not for Europe or North America). I would give it 2-3 star review. There were leaks in in the toilet in the both rooms that we have stayed. They are also not cleaned as they supposed to be. I don’t think that they did not care. My honest opinion is that nobody showed them how to properly do it. We had to change our room and pay extra to not to sleep on the terrible mattress that gave me a back pain. Amenities need renovations, they are not terrible, but need an upgrade to get more traffic. I would recommend to stay in the hotel to save up some money, but you need to bring flip flops and use them under the shower.
