The Rooms
Brand New, Private, Natural, Disinfected and Steam Cleaned - the ideal Villa for our guests.
The 200 sq.m villa is developed in two levels.
The upper floor has an open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table and a beautiful living area with a W.C.
Downstairs there are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom, 1 with a king size bed and 1 with 2 single beds that turn into a perfect double) and one more bathroom with shower. The verandas of the bedrooms offer an amazing sea and cedar forest view.
There is a/c in all rooms and areas.
The sea breeze is cool enough even on the hottest days. There are mosquito nets in all doors and windows.
The mini pool (which is not a jacuzzi and is non heated) has a huge sun deck for sunbathing and relaxing admiring the magnificent views.
The outdoor dining table is big enough for 10 guests and is set next to the stone built BBQ.
There is also a big garage for 3 cars and a laundry room at the basement.
There is free wifi.
There is Reverse Osmosis Filter system for potable water and solar panels for your hot water, as we try to eliminate the use of plastic and protect the rare natural environment of the island.
Just for fun, we have 2 new inflatable SUPS you can take with you to the beach!

The Location
Just 400m from 2 wonderful beaches (and few minutes from more others) and only 1 km from the scenic village of Marpissa "Rising Moon Villa" in Paros is a destination by itself. The ideal location (close to NAOUSA and so many other famous spots of Paros) and the natural landscape gives you the feeling of the Aegean purity only a few visitors get to enjoy on the islands anymore.
Trekking paths passing by, lead to quiet beaches and a beautiful hilltop monastery. The Sun and the Moon Rise, are spectacular from the big verandas.
The access to the beaches, the villages and the towns of Paros, is so easy that despite the privacy the house offers, you are near everything you need. A small part of the road (400m) is a little steep so we suggest an SUV for your transportation)
