Summary: What a beautiful property but not the best experience unfortunately. I chose this beautiful villa for the location and the gorgeous views for my birthday celebration. The first few days were good. However, the day of my birthday we were stuck inside the house with NO air conditioner and NO running water. I communicated this with the owner and he advised me he would get on it instantly. Unfortunately, me and my entire group of 8 were stuck in the house all day while we waited for all services to be rendered. This caused me to have to cancel our reservations for excursions and my birthday dinner for that day (deposits lost as well). We were refunded a small portion of the money but we don’t feel it sufficed as we lost time and money being stuck in the home with toilets filled with feces and urine and a home with no air conditioner in the hottest summer month.
