Relax in peace and tranquility and only 15 minutes drive to the nearest beaches including the three world famous beaches Balos, Falassarna and Elefonisi . This stunning villa boasts 360 degree views of the White Mountains and the bay of Kissamos. Enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets either upstairs from the comfort of the fully glazed open plan living area, with access to two balconies, or downstairs on the spacious terrace by the pool and outdoor kitchen sitting area
The huge living and dining area is comfortably furnished, with a magnificent wood burning stove as a focal point. A dining table set into a bay window giving stunning views of the bay and at night of the clear Cretan sky, kissamos bay and the twinkling lights of kissamos itself . Next to this is a sleek Italian kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, eye level oven, microwave, dish washer and large fridge freezer. A separate utility room downstairs houses the washing machine. There is a small beautifully decorated toilet upstairs next to the studio as well as an additional staircase giving convenient access to the private parking area. The main staircase takes you down to the three double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms, as well as a large third bathroom with a luxurious sunken bath and wet room.
There are air conditioning units throughout the villa, as well as ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. There is a WIFI internet connection available.
