Positive: The view and location and comfortable bed

Negative: Despite being an early riser, the Roosters right outside our window waking us up at 4am everyday was extremely stressful. Old coffee maker not easy to use. Internet didn’t work until they brought booster. Both toilets had issues that required a maintenance man but were resolved quickly. The Tv signal didn’t exist for 3 days. Television language was in Italian and staff didn’t know how to change it. TV in bedroom doesn’t work at all. Some quirks about the property that should have been addressed in advance rather than repeated calls became annoying. Received fresh sheets and towels only the day before we were leaving after a 7 days stay, which we thought was odd. Property is actually 3 apartments and not a villa. Despite all of this we enjoyed the patio.
