It offers views to the sea of Psarrou (Nammos beach) 3.1km, Paradise (Club Cavo Paradiso, Tropicana) 2.4km, Paranga (Scorpios and Kalhua) 2.3km, Platis Gialos (beach Bonatsa) 3.5km and an amazing sunrise.
The villa consists of 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, dining table, open plan kitchen and 2 large terraces. One terrace on the upper floor and one on the ground floor with a large pergola and a 10-seat dining table. A large private pool with underwater sun loungers and private yard and gardens. There are sun loungers at the pool area and on the upper terrace. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which contains a outdoor living room area. BBQ upon request. The villa is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone and the characteristic Cycladic arches.
There is daily cleaning provided and bed linen and towels are changed every four days in an effort to preserve the island's limited water resources. Right outside the villa there is secure, open air parking
