Positive: the property was very clean. the cleaning of the room was regular and in-depth.

Negative: Very basic accommodations, uncomfortable beds, blankets not warm enough for the room temperature during Brazilian winter and lack of basic stuff such as hair dryer, iron and iron board. they could “land” me an iron for a few minutes, but I had to walk alllllll the way to the reception and fetch it and to return after my use. The venue was chosen as accommodations for the guests of a wedding, the availability of iron and hair dryer was a basic need.

Summary: Very basic place for a big sum of money.
