Thalassa Vista is a unique luxury villa of 200 sq. meters having a beautiful view of Skopelos Bay, Skopelos Town and surrounding mountains
The Villa is surrounded with trees and ornamental plants in a large garden of 750sq meters where a swimming pool, barbecue and parking for 2 cars are included.
The villa has 3 large bedrooms and 2 living rooms in which 1 additional sofa beds can accommodate at least 2 more persons making the living and sleeping of 8 persons comfortable.
It provides the facilities of 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms the one with a large dining table for more than 8 people and 4 toilets with showers.
The following procedures are being implemented to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests:
1. The Villa is thoroughly cleaned before every new check-in.
All surfaces are cleaned with chlorine-based cleaners and wiped down with disinfectant
Fabric surfaces (i.e. sofas, pillows) are sanitized with steam cleaners before every check-in.
All garden surfaces (i.e. tables, pool chairs) are sprayed with disinfectant Dalcon-100
Air Conditioner units and filters are steam cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant.
Rooms are aired thoroughly.
2. All staff members are trained and equipped appropriately to be able to work safely and effectively. The use of medical face masks and disposable gloves for any staff entering the premises is mandatory.
3. Linens and towels are professionally cleaned (over70oC) and packaged for each group.
