It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out, etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you let us know as soon as possible while you are in residence.
Also, after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid for or replaced by the guest on the spot.
6. Smoking is not allowed in the properties, so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside in the exterior areas, such as by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios, or terraces
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linen change are done every 3/4 days.

8. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for the supervision of their minor children. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember that there is a certain health risk associated with this facility.
