Summary: Beds and pillows really quite bad, thin and plasticky feeling. I was under the weather and realized I had checked out in a hurry and left some clothing behind and cleaning staff denied seeing it. The plus side is that they were incredibly responsive - everything was done via WhatsApp. Never interacted with a person, for better or worse - personally did not mind. Conveniently located to Knossos.
