We have a lovely 100m2 detached stone villa with large established Mediterranean garden and private pool and plenty of outside terraces.
Our location is both peaceful and private, perfect to relax and restore with your family and friends. We are on a hilltop with great views over Souda Bay and the sea to one side and mountains and olive groves to the other.
We are located at Aspro, just 1.5km from Almiryda, a small family friendly and relaxed village with local shops, beach side tavernas, bars and safe beach. Just a 40 min drive to historic Chania / Chania Airport. Heraklion airport is around 2.5 hours drive.
Poolside we have sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing by the pool.
There is also shade available under the ground floor terraces and from trees. There is also an undercover dining area for alfresco dining. There is also a gas barbeque available for outside cooking.
The villa has ceiling fans installed throughout and air conditioning for summer.
There is an open plan ground floor with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, living area and dining area. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, microwave filter coffee maker and kettle.
There is also a ground floor twin bedroom and shower room.
Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms; one with ensuite shower room and a further bathroom.
There is also a large balcony, with comfy outdoor furniture. Its here you get the best views of the surrounding area, of the sea, and the surrounding countryside.
