Adjacent to the pool, a chic, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ (Gas) area, accompanied by a large shaded dining terrace, invites leisurely family gatherings and alfresco culinary experiences. Six identical Suites, boasting direct access to the pool terrace • Two suites with Queen Bed (1.60 x 2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture • Four Suites with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00) ,that could be joined to form a King Size Bed, en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture • All of the suites boast a kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils) and dining table.
First Floor
• Six Identical Suites, each with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00) that could be joined form a King Bed, en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture and impeccable sea views • Six extra loft type bedrooms, one in each suite, with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00), that could be joined to form a King Bed • All of the suites boast a kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils) and a dining table. • The maximum capacity of each suite is four guests.
Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.
