The villa is located in the area of Porto-Heli and specifically overlooking the bay of Kosta, right across the island of Spetses. The place is in Peloponnese, approximately 180 km from Athens and the Eleftherios Venizelos International airport. It's a residential area, mostly populated by villas and summer houses of Athenians. There are numerous beaches and beautiful bays, quite shallow waters and beautiful landscape. It is one of the most popular.As the house is right across the picturesque and cosmopolitan island of Spetses, often transportation to opposite is available (5 minutes by speed boat, 15 by local Kaiki ), as well as an on-call sea “taxi” service to Spetses and other near-by islands.
The villa is built on an area of 2500 sq. m. and expanded in three levels. The house is 280 square meters.
The middle level, which is the level of the front garden, includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest WC and two bedrooms (2 and 3 persons respectively) with en suite bathrooms each. The top level includes a bedroom (for 2 persons) with its bathroom and a private balcony with spectacular view. The lower level includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms (can accomodate 2, 2 and 4 persons each) as well as a storage and a laundry room with washing machine.
All areas of the house are equipped with air-conditioning and heating. The house also provides Wi-Fi internet and Nova cable TV service with access to numerous international channels. (nova channels)
In the front garden at the middle level there is a big angular pergola with two dining areas, lawn chairs and sitting areas. In the middle of the garden there is a swimming pool of 4.5m by 14m and a small pool house with shower, WC, changing room and storage room. It also includes a small kitchen and refrigerator.
At the back of the house there is a sheltered parking space for 4 cars and a fenced court which can be used for mini-soccer, volley-ball or basketball. The garden at the back and the side includes fruit trees as well as locally grown vegetables. The front garden is rich in decorative flowers and green.
The villa is fully independent so there is nothing to share.
